This policy explains what Magnet Jam ("the game", "we") does with your information. The short version: the game does not collect, share or sell personal data.

1. What the game stores on your device

The game keeps the following only on your device, in the game's own storage, so that it can remember your progress:

• levels you have unlocked and the stars you earned,
• your settings (music, sound, vibration),
• tutorial and hint counters, and (when available) your daily reward streak and in-game currency.

This data never leaves your device. It is not linked to your name, email, phone number or any account, and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, advertising ID or any other personal information. The game has no accounts, no advertising and no analytics in this version.

3. Permissions

• Vibration: used only for haptic feedback when you play, and can be switched off in Settings.
• Network access: the game does not need an internet connection to work.

4. Third parties

The game itself does not send data to third parties. Google Play (the store you download from) may process data under Google's own privacy policy, for example for downloads, updates and crash statistics that Google provides to developers (Android vitals).

If a future version adds advertising, analytics or online features, this policy will be updated before that version is released and the game will ask for your consent where the law requires it.

5. Children

The game is a general puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

6. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, or you have a question, contact us at the address above and we will respond.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
