Terms of Use – Magnet Jam

By installing or playing Magnet Jam ("the game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

  1. License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on your own devices for non-commercial entertainment.
  2. Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the game or its assets (art, music, sounds, levels), except as the law allows regardless of this clause. You may not use cheats, tools or exploits that damage the game or other people's use of it.
  3. Ownership. The game, its levels, art, music and code belong to the developer or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
  4. Virtual items. In-game currency, hints and other items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable. They may be changed or removed when the game is updated. (This section applies from the version that includes them.)
  5. Availability and updates. The game is provided as is. We may update, change or stop the game at any time. Saved progress lives on your device and may be lost if you uninstall, clear data or change device.
  6. No warranty. To the extent the law allows, the game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
  7. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from the use of the game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
  8. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
  9. Changes. We may change these terms. The date above shows the last change; continued use means you accept them.
  10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye (Republic of Türkiye), without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
